Under the background of the new era of “One Country, Two Systems”, the Guangdong-Macau In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin has achieved remarkable results in ecological civilization construction, which fully embodies the advantages of the new practice of “One Country, Two Systems”. It has formed an ecological governance concept integrating “water management + sponge city + ecological restoration + leisure tourism” and gradually fostered a social atmosphere where “everyone, everything, at all times and everywhere advocates ecological civilization”.
